Luke Bryan sets country record
Luke Bryan set the record for sold tickets at a country show at the first stop of his “That’s My Kind of Night Tour” on June 21.
The show was held at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bryan was joined by special guest Dierks Bentley and openers Cole Swindell and Lee Brice.
To make the night even more special, it was also Bryan’s first show as the headliner. What a night to break an all-time country record!
The “That’s My Kind of Night Tour” continues with dates through October 25. This includes stops in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Chicago, among others.
To date, Bryan has sold nearly 6.2 million albums and 23.1 digital tracks. He’s had 10 number one singles, and made history when he held the top two spots on Billboard Country for “Play It Again” and “This Is How We Roll,” becoming the first artist to ever hold the top two positions at once since the chart’s start in 1990.
