Charlie Hickman Band "Tell Me Why"

Charlie Hickman Band was formed in the small oil field town of Cushing, Oklahoma in 2016. While playing in the church band, Charlie met many other like minded musicians and decided to start a band. Their influences range from Led Zeppelin all the way to Hank Williams Sr., but their biggest influence of all would be the town of Stillwater, Oklahoma where red dirt music originated. Being exposed to artists such as Cross Canadian Ragweed, Stoney Larue, Tom Skinner, Jason Boland, and Mike McClure help shape a red dirt/Texas Country Sound of their own. In the fall of 2017 they started recording their first EP, which was later released in February of 2018.

Their newest single “Tell Me Why” is the latest work they have released, which will lead up to new album, to be released in 2020.
